Savers Bank Supports Local YMCA Child Watch Program
Southbridge, MA— The indoor playground at the Tri-Community YMCA located at 43 Everett St in Southbridge was in need of a new bounce house for the children that participate in the Child Watch Program. Past bounce houses were so popular they quickly became worn out and regularly replaced. To help ensure that the children had access to this popular activity, Savers Bank donated $1000 to cover the full cost on the purchase of a commercial grade bounce house.“Savers Bank is committed to supporting programs that benefit families in the community,” said Joe Coderre, President and CEO of Savers Bank. “The YMCA does an amazing job at providing families with services and facilities that promote a healthy lifestyle.”
The Child Watch center at the Tri-Community YMCA is an invaluable program to parents who utilize the facilities of the Y to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The center features an indoor playground, creative toys, and engaging activities. The program is free to members who hold a family or one-parent family membership. A $2 per child/per visit fee applies to all other membership types.
